Automatic vertical injection molding machine for LSR liquid silicone rubber, LSR liquid silicone rubber injection molding, means liquid silicone rubber is forming after thermosetting and vulcanization, becomes a component of low compressibility & high stability, meanwhile can resist extremely high/ low temperature. Generally speaking, liquid silicone is particularly suitable for producing seals, seal films, waterproof for electronic digital products, maternal and child products, medical supplies, etc.
Features & Applications:
1. Vertical clamping, vertical injection, with double sliding and rotary table for options, attached with the precision liquid silicone tube.
2. Combine with famous brand pump material feeder, environmental protection, precision and stability.
3. Accurate dosage of silica gel, traces of pigment mixed equally with high viscosity silica gel.
4. Heat shield device, attached with independent temperature controller, fast curing and cross linking of both hydraulic cylinder seal protection.
5. Can make single color / multi color products per user's demand.
